Who we are

What information we receive

If you voluntarily email us, we receive whatever you put in your email, which may include your name, work contact details, company and enquiry. The website's contact composer opens your own email app. It does not itself transmit or store your enquiry in an online form database.

Why and how we use it

We use messages to respond to enquiries, discuss relevant business services, assess whether a project is suitable and maintain proportionate commercial records. Our intended lawful basis for responding to relevant business requests is legitimate interests, or steps you request before entering a contract where relevant. We assess other uses separately and do not assume consent for unsolicited electronic marketing.

Who may handle your information

Messages sent by email are handled using our business Gmail account, and pertinent sales activity may be noted in Google Sheets. We do not intentionally request special-category data, payment-card details or access credentials through the enquiry process. We will assess provider data processing, retention, locations and international transfers before enabling further tools.

How long we retain it

We keep messages only while they are reasonably needed for responding to the request and managing any resulting business relationship or legal obligations, subject to periodic review. Records needed for contractual or accounting obligations may be held for the applicable statutory periods. Your rights

Subject to the applicable UK GDPR conditions, you may ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction or to object to processing by emailing newtonrevenue@gmail.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Website tracking

The current static site contains no marketing pixels or third-party analytics installed by Newton Revenue. If we add analytics, cookies, hosted form submission or other tracking later, we will update this information and seek consent where legally required.
